We’ve done it together. All Monks have found a new home and soon will be traveling to the Monastery to unlock their true powers.

Congratulations to everyone. However, this is just the start of a long journey ahead.

Marketing Plans Are Cooking Up & The Future Is Very Bright…

We are going to be handling marketing in phases. We are going to structure it this way so that we can start slowly and have a snowball effect.

Rather than just unleashing everything at one time when the DAO isn’t even released yet is counter intuitive.

Rather, we are going to focus on building relationships & strategic partnerships while building awareness for the Monks NFT & their utility.

Phase 1 Breakdown…

We are first going to start off on building more awareness for the Immortal Monks NFTs as a whole. We are going to start garnering more awareness on what the Monks utility actually does to help educate more people.

Once we get closer to the launch of the Monastery DAO we will pivot the marketing efforts there.

There is no point to push marketing and awareness to the DAO before it’s even available to the public. We can garner awareness for the Immortal NFT’s and at the same time push the Monastery. It’s a 2 for 1 deal starting off this way.

Organic Vs. Influencer Driven…

One of the principles we’ve always believed in is that influencers are only able to take a project so far. Sure they can help greatly to boost awareness. Let’s face it, the wrong influencers can also hurt credibility.

We are looking to build an influencer + creator team. We saw how powerful this strategy has worked in other projects and we want to give Monks an influencer ‘boost’ but then proceed to let that be our way to snowball the results.

We don’t want to solely rely on influencers because that is only going to cause spikes rather than sustainability long term. However, this is for phase 1. We are going to eventually need to keep a fresh stream of creators and influencers coming in one we start releasing the Monastery & the entire Monks ecosystem.

Saying that brings me to this…

The Influencer Team Initiative…

We are going to focus on building a team of ‘ambassadors’ first. We want to really corner Twitter and see what deals and relationships we are going to be able to broker.

When we say ambassadors we don’t mean just a simple tweet, or retweet with Monks. We want the creator to become a holder as well as a long term advocate and contributor.

This means our focus is going to be pivoted to building real relationships where the creator will be excited to create content and share their experiences with the community.

If we just start throwing funds around for any and every influencer to promote it won’t do anything for us long term. Will we go ahead and kick off promotions with paying a few just for ‘one off’ promotions, of course, but we want to really build a longer term ‘team’ of ambassadors.

We are going to focus on the Monks NFT first and have the creators focus their energy on communicating the value of the utility the Monks provide. Once we get closer to the launch of the DAO they then will pivot to rallying their troops for the launch!

YouTube Outreach For NFT Awareness…

YouTube is fantastic and we’ve come to the conclusion that its probably the #1 platform to dominate if we want to get some serious traction.

We’ve developed a simple plan that we think is the easiest to implement and see some really incredible results with.

We are going to focus on smaller creators rather than massive creators with 100k+ subs at first. Why? Well, they are going to be more inclined to work with us and if we build that relationship with them as THEY grow as well we will both benefit.

Meaning if we contact 10 up and coming creators we might be able to have a 60–70% success rate with brokering a deal. Not only is it more cost effective but we can broker a deal for them to work with us longer term.

We want cooperation long term — not just paying massive YouTubers $30-$70k for a video promotion that won’t serve us well long term.

We believe this is the best course of action & smartest as we grow.

Building For The Future

Our goal is not to go crazy at the start because we have our secret weapon up our sleeves (the DAO) and we want to save all the ‘fireworks’ for the launch of the Monastery.

However, we don’t want to write off marketing right now cause it’s the best time to build engagement and awareness to grow even faster.

There are many things upcoming in the next few weeks.

Many developments regarding the DAO & the next phases of our marketing plans.

This is just the beginning, Monks.

There is a long journey ahead of us and together we will accomplish great things!
